Your email address will not be sold to third parties.  Every reasonable effort has been made to ensure the content of this website is accurate and up-to-date. All information contained on the website is subject to change or update without notice.

Confidential information such as credit card numbers will be protected through secure technology and will not be stored.


Once an order has been received by Sinead Howard Millinery, the item will be dispatched by the next business day.  All orders are posted via Australia Post.  Postage time may vary depending on your location, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.  

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you via email within 2 – 3 business days and inform you of the expected delivery if the product is not already noted as 'out of stock' on the website.

No refunds or exchanges will be given if you change your mind.  Although if you wish to return a faulty item then the item can be returned (at the customer’s cost) to assess for damage.  Manufacturing faults will be repaired, replaced or refunded at the customers discretion in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
